Our last buy for 2023 and a special one. This young family came to us looking to buy their first home and were clear in terms of the location they wanted to buy in. They previously looked around for a few weeks but given the large supply and out-of-world prices everyone was asking, they gave up. Our team made a great effort in this transaction. The House in question was on the same street where our clients were renting and they loved it from day one. We put together a strategy, got due diligence and inspections done and bought before auction at a great price with terms and conditions. We knew the market but didn’t want to risk losing it, as our clients loved it and it ticks all boxes on their list. So, we employed a strategy and started negotiating as well on the other end and got the offer approved before the auction. Christmas came early!
